May 28, 2009: Becal Ride for the heart Sys-X Corporation is today announcing that for the fourth year in a row our president, Sean Forbes, will be riding in the ride for the heart taking place in Toronto on June 7th. 2009. The Heart and Stroke Foundation is a leading funder of heart and stroke research in Canada. Sean will be wearing a tee-shirt bearing the names of people who have been affected by heart attack or stroke provided to him by his sponsors. Last year Sys-X Corporation, its friends and clients raised over $1,200 and our goal this year is to beat that! 12/20/2005:  Smart Issue Management by Sys-X Corporation.  Sys-X Corporation is today announcing that our Smart Issue management solution will be generally available in the second quarter of 2006.  This web based solution will be certified for Microsoft SQL Server and has the following features:

• Web based written entirely in Java and deployed using Apache Tomcat

• Permits issues to:

  1. Be managed through the stages of reporting, assigning, fixing, validating and completing.
  2. Be controlled by project and classification.
  3. Have access controlled by project and rights on a per user basis.
  4. Have associated files

• Supports customizable email notification.

• To be licensed on a per server basis with unlimited users and projects for a single low license fee.

• A hosted solution will also be available.
